To make proficiency, arrive at perfection in a lesson, or in an art, &c., அதிகரிக்க. 5. [in gram.] An empatic, ஏ, or மன்ற, as expressive of certainty, emphasis, &c., தேற்றக்குறிப்பு. 4. Recovery from sorrow, &c., as தேற்றரவு. 5. Comfort, as தேறல். 6. Thriving, firmness, good growth, செழிப்பு. ஆள்தேற்றமாயிருக்கிறான். The person has gained strength, flesh, &c. தேற்றக்குறிப்பு--தேற்றப்பொருள், s. See தேற்றல். தேற்றங்கொடுக்க, inf.
