aṟku (p. 33) கிறேன், அற்கினேன், வேன், அற்க, v. n. To be permanent, to remain, endure, நிலைக்க. (p.) அற்காவியல்பிற்றுச்செல்வம் அதுபெற்றாலற்குப வாங்கேசெயல். Riches are not permanent in their nature; if you get them, do with them what will prove permanent; i. e. practise virtue. அற்கல், v. noun. Duration, permanency. அற்காமை, neg. v. noun.
