kīḷ (p. 113) கிறேன், கீண்டேன், வேன், கீள, v. a. To rend; to split--as கீழ். கீளுடை, s. The girdle of an ascetic or a mendicant, being generally a long slip of cloth, இலங்கோடு. கடலகடுகீண்டொழுகியது.
