uṟiñcu (p. 67) கிறேன், உறிஞ்சினேன், வே ன், உறிஞ்ச, v. a. To sip, suck up, draw into the mouth (as hot liquids or as from spoons, &c.), வாய்க்குள்ளிழுக்க. 2. To snuff up, sniff, inhale forcibly through the nose, ஆக்கிராணிக்க. 3. (fig.) To imbibe, absorb as a spunge, as the earth does rain, &c., உள்ளேயிழுக்க. நன்குறிஞ்சிப்பேய்த்தனஞ்சுவைத்தார்.
