nṭu (p. 268) கிறேன், நட்டேன், வேன், நட, v. a. To plant, to set trees, to place seeds, நாற்று நட. 2. To set up a pillar, pole or mast; to erect, நாட்ட. 3. (fig.) To establish a person, as a patron, ஸ்தாபிக்க. (c.) நடுகல்--நட்டகல், s. A sepulchral stone or monument; a pillar set up in token of victory, or other achievement. நடுகூலி, s. See நடவுகூலி. நட்டுக்கொண்டுநிற்றல், v. noun. Standing on the head. 2. Standing erect. 3. (fig.) Presisting improperly in a request or assertion. (c.) நட்டுவிழல். See மயக்கம். மெய்மலம்--மெய்மாசு, s. Human dung, நரகல். 2. As மேலழுக்கு. (p.) மெய்மறதி--மெய்மறத்தல், v. noun. Swooning, losing one's senses by delirium, becoming unconscious.
