The series of odd number of terms--as 1,2,3,4,5/1,3,5,7,9 &c. 8th. சமன்வியன்சங்கலிதம். The series of even number in an odd number of terms--as 1,2,3,4,5/2,4,6,8,1, 9th. சமன் சமன்சங்கலி தம். The series of even number in an even number of terms--as 1,2,3,4/2,4,6,8,1, &c. 1th. அதி சங்கலிதம். The geometrical series whose first term is 1 and whose ratio is 2.--as 1,2,4,8,16,32, &c. 11th. சங்கலிதசங்கலிதம்.
