vastu (p. 374) s. [pl. வஸ்துகள், வஸ்துக்கள், poetice வத்து.] A thing, a being, a creature, பொருள். W. p. 744. VASTU. 2. [in cant.] Spirituous liquors, or any thing intoxicating, மயக்கவஸ்து. பராபரவஸ்து. The Supreme Being. ஏகவஸ்து. The one Being, God. வஸ்துதாரணை, s. One of the nine forms of things. See தாரணை. I. 8. வஸ்துநிச்சயம், s. The certainty of God's existence, கடவுள்நிர்ணயம். வஸ்துப்பரிச்சேதம், s. Certainty as to the thing specified. See பரிச்சேதம். வஸ்துலட்சணம், s.
