elumpu (p. 74) s. A bone, அஸ்தி. எலும்புக்கூடு--முழுவெலும்பு, s. A skeleton, கங்காளம். எலும்புச்சீப்பு, s. The rib-bones, விலாவெலும்பு. 2. A bone-comb, தந்தச்சீப்பு. எலும்புருக்கி, s. A disease, a species of consumption which greatly emaciates the system and exposes the bones to view and is supposed to dry up their juices--the whites, ஓர்நோய். (Ains.) எலும்புறுத்த, inf. To suffer pain when lying down, &c., by the protrusion of the bones. எலும்பூற, inf. To knit, to unite, coalesce--as a broken bone, ஒடிந்தவெலும் புகூட. நெஞ்செலும்பு--மார்பெலும்பு, s.
