vastu (p. 374) s. [pl. வஸ்துகள், வஸ்துக்கள், poetice வத்து.] A thing, a being, a creature, பொருள். W. p. 744. VASTU. 2. [in cant.] Spirituous liquors, or any thing intoxicating, மயக்கவஸ்து. பராபரவஸ்து. The Supreme Being. ஏகவஸ்து. The one Being, God. வஸ்துதாரணை, s. One of the nine forms of things. See தாரணை.
