A contraction of கடுமை; which see. கடுவுநஞ்சிறைப்ப. And the serpent ejecting poison-- (கல்லா.) கடுக்காய், s. Indian gall-nut, or ink-nut, அரிதகிக்காய். (Mat. Ind.) கடுக்காய்ச்சாயந்தோய்த்தல், v. noun. Dipping in gall-nut dye. கடுக்காய்த்தலையன், s. A kind of snake, ஓர்பாம்பு. 2. [prov.] A man or bull with a small round head. கடுக்காய்ப்பூ, s. Flower of the gall-nut. கடுக்காய்வேர், s.
