[prov.] A species of plantain fruit. கோழிக்கொடி, s. As கோழியவரை. (Little used.) 2. The banner of Skanda, on which the figure of a cock is drawn. கோழிக்கொடியோன், s. Skanda whose banner is a cock, முருகன். 2. (திவா.) Ayanar. கோழிக்கொண்டை--கோழிச்சூடன், s. [prov.] A plant with a red flower called the cox-comb, Celosia cristata. கோழிச்சாறு--கோழியாணம், s.
