kōvṇm (p. 151) s. [improp. கோமணம்.] A man's fore-lap. கோவணாண்டி--கோமணாண்டி, s. A religious mendicant of the Saiva sect who wears no clothing but the fore-lap. கோவணன், s. Siva who appeared with the fore-lap only. சிவன். 2. (சது.) Vasishta, வசிட்டன். கோவணக்குண்டியன். One with fore-lap above his buttocks; i. e. One destitute of any means of subsistence. 34) *
