A kind of ஆவிரை shrub. வெள்ளிடி, s. Any evil coming suddenly like the thunder-bolt of summer clouds. வெள்ளிடை, s. An open place or field, வெளி. (சது.) வெள்ளிலை, s. The betel-leaf, வெற்றிலை. வெள்ளிறா--வெள்ளிறாமீன், s. A fish. See நெய்மீன். வெள்ளீயம், s. Pewter, கல்லீயம். வெள்ளீரல், s. The lungs, வெள்ளையீரல். வெள்ளுப்பு, s. White salt. வெள்ளுருட்டு, v. noun. Mere frightening, threatening. வெள்ளுழவு, s. Ploughing for sowing while the land is not too dry or wet. வெள்ளுழவுப்பயிர், s. Young grain in land that was properly moist when the seed was sown, so that the furrows are visible. வெள்ளுள்ளி, s. Garlic. Allium sativum. வெள்ளூமத்தை, s. A kind of datura.
