Practicable, possible, convenient, proper, &c. என்னாற்கூடியபணிவிடைக்குக்காத்திருக்கிறேன். I am ready to do any service in my power. கூடியமட்டும்--கூடியமாத்திரம். As far or as much as possible; as much as one is able; to the utmost. கூடும். It is possible, proper, fit, practicable, lawful, &c. கூடாது. A flood of water, a deluge, inundation. சலப்பை, s. The urinary bladder; [ex பை, bag.] சலமலம், s. Urine and excrement. (c.) 2. (R.) The sponge, நீர்ப்பஞ்சு. சலமறிப்பு--சலவடைப்பு, v. noun. Stoppage of urine. சலமொட்ட, inf. To be firmly resolved on revenging an injury. (p.) சலம்பிடிக்க, inf. To collect--as matter in a boil, சீல்கொள்ள. 2. (R.) To affirm or deny obstinately, பிடிவாதஞ்செய்ய. சலம்பிதுக்க, inf. [prov.] To squeeze out the pus or matter from a boil. (c.) சலமிறங்க, inf. To pass--as urine. 2. To flow off-as the superfluous humors by the urethra. சலம்புரி, s. Chank, சங்கு. (M. Dic.) சலம்விட, inf. To pass or void urine. சலராகம், s. Reddish color, pale red; [ex இராகம், red color.] சலராசி, s. The sea, ocean, a collection of water, கடல்; [ex இராசி, collection.] சலரோகம், s. Diabetes, நீரழிவு. சலவர், s. Inhabitants of maritime districts, (lit.) the water-people, or sea fairing men. Compare பஃறியர், திமிலர், கடலர், &c. சலவாதி, s. An angry person, தணியாக் கோபமுள்ளவன். 2. An obstinate, pertinacious person, குரோதமுடையோன். (p.) 3. [ex சலம் for சஞ்சலம், grief, et வாதி, declarer.] A person of the servile tribe employed to announce one's death to the relations, friends, &c., மரணசெய்தி சொல்வோன். 4. See சலபாதை. (c.) சலவாழைக்காய், s. Fish, (lit.) the water-plantain. See சலபுட்பம். சலாசயம், s. [in phys.] One of the five ஆசயம் of the body, the receptacle of the urine, the bladder. See பஞ்சாசயம். சலாதாரம், s. Steady and presevering practice, unwearied application, steady zeal, constancy, persistence in an opinion; steadfast maintenance of doctrines, &c., விடாதமுயற்சி. 2. Perfect imitation of life, appearance of reality--as in dramatic actions, நடித்துக் காட்டுகை. 3. Retaining malice, சலஞ்சாதிக் கை. 4. Dissimulation, misrepresentation, falsehood, பொய். (c.) இல்லையென்றொரேசாதனையாய்ச் சாதிக்கிறான். He obstinately persists in denying. சாதனைக்காரன், s. One who practises any dexterous act, சாதகம்பண்ணுகிறவன். 2. A dissembler, a hypocrite, மாமாலி. 3. A tenacious person; one who steadfastly maintains an opinion, or perseveres in a practice. சாதனைத்தீர்ப்பு, v. noun. Obstinately affirming or denying. (R.) சாதனைபண்ண, inf. To practise a dexterous art; to habituate one's self to austerities. 2. To dissemble thoroughly. 3. To imitate to the life. 4. To maintain an assertion, whether true or false, பிடிவாதஞ்செய்ய. கற்பசாதனை, s. Strengthening the body by the use of drugs, &c., to promote longevity. See கற்பம். யோகசாதனை, s. Stoical tranquility of mind, extinction of volitional feeling, &c., as attained by the ஞானி. (p.) சித்தசலனம், s. Agitation of mind, perturbation, disgust. See சலனம். சித்தஸ்வாதீனம், s. Command of one's will, self-control. சித்தஞ்செய்ய, inf. To settle, decide, give a final judgement, தீர்மானிக்க. 2. To will, desire; to direct, command; to be pleased, ஆக்கியாபிக்க. 3. To make ready, தயார்பண்ண. (Colloq.) சித்தத்தியாகம்--சித்தநிவர்த்தி, s. [prov.] Renunciation, entire subjection or extinction of the will and of secular purposes, resolves, desires, &c.,--as attained by severe abstract devotion in one ripening for liberation from births; absolute quiescence. See தியாகம். சித்தத்திற்கொள்ள, inf. To will, resolve, purpose, choose, prefer. சித்தந்திரும்ப--சித்தம்வர, inf. To be pleased to do, &c. (c.) சித்தப்பிரமை, s.
