To set or distribute boiled rice. அரிசிச்சாதம், s. Rice not well boiled. உண்டைச்சாதம், s. Rice boiled and formed into balls. கட்டிச்சாதம், s. Boiled rice preserved in a small piece of cloth by a traveller. கறையற்சாதம், s. [prov.] Rice overboiled; [ex கரை, v.] தயிர்ச்சாதம், s. Rice mixed with curds, &c., sometimes presented to idols. பழையசாதம், s. (also பழையது.) Boiled rice mixed with water and kept over night for breakfast. பட்டைச்சாதம், s. [loc.] Rice boiled and set before the idol on a salver in the form of a cup, in which it had been moulded. கும்பற்சாதம், s. See under கும்பு, v. பிச்சைச்சாதம், s.
