tvṟu (p. 228) கிறேன், தவறினேன், வேன், தவற, v. n. To slip, miss; to lose one's hold, தப்ப. 2. To fail, miscarry; to prove abortive, பிசக. 3. To fail in duty, performance, or a course of action; to omit, neglect; to fall from moral rectitude, to transgress, to sin, மீற. 4. To turn out of the proper course, to swerve, to deviate, to stray, விலக. 5. To err, mistake, blunder, குற்றமுற. 6. To perish, die, சாக. (c.) பேச்சுதவறாதவன்.
