tuvṭṭu (p. 249) கிறேன், துவட்டினேன், வேன், துவட்ட, v. a. To wipe off moisture after bathing, &c., துடைக்க. 2. To boil or stew with little water so as to make the food thick, கறிதுவட்ட. 3. To boil meat, நெருப்பிற் புலர்த்த. 4. To cause to adhere, தோயச்செய்ய; [ex துவள், v.] (c.) துவட்டிக்கொண்டுசாப்பிட்டுவிடலாம்.
