To scour, scrub, polish a wall, furniture, &c., by rubbing, துலக்க. 5. To rub an by the hand as oil, an ointment, &c., to rub one's self or another in washing, எண்ணெய்முதலியதேய்க்க. 6. To efface, erase, obliterate by rubbing, துடை க்க. 7. To give grudgingly, scantily, சிறிது சிறிதாகக்கொடுக்க. (c.) தேய்ச்சுமாய்ச்சுப்போட, inf.
