nkkpārm (p. 266) --நக்கவாரம், s. (for.) The Nicobar islands, சிலதீவுகள். நக்கபாரி--நக்கவாரி, s. A native of the Nicobars. 2. 2. One who trades for ready money. நக்கவாரக்கச்சவடம்--நக்கவாரவியாபா ரம், s. Nicobar traffic; i. e. money in one hand and goods on other, traffic where one does not trust another. நக்கவாரப்பட, inf. To be in pinching poverty or straitened circumstances. நக்கவாரப்பேச்சு, s. Talk betraying mistrust. நக்கவாரமாய்ப்போக, inf. To become very poor and indigent. நக்கவாரம்பிடிக்க, inf.
