To become firm, close, fast, compact, to be pressed together, உறுதியாயிருக்க. 3. To be immersed, to sink, be overwhelmed, ingulphed, plunged, (in sorrow, joy, disease,) அமிழ. 4. To be enchased, inlaid, imprinted, பதிய. (c.) நரகத்திலேயழுந்துவான். He will suffer long and greatly in hell. இன்பசாகரத்திலேயழுந்தினார்கள். They were immersed in an ocean of joy. நன்றாகவழுந்தவெழுது.
