kātl (p. 104) s. Warm attachment, fondness, love, affection, அன்பு. 2. Desire, longing for, ஆசை. 3. Intentness, earnestness, eagerness, ஆவல். 4. Lustfulness, passion, விரகம். 5. An object of love; emphatically, a son, மகன். 6. A species of poem commonly on divine subject, calculated to move the affections, ஓர்பிரபந்தம். 7. The cry, screech, or chirp of certain birds, &c., considered ominous, ஆந்தை கெ வுளி முதலியவைகளின் ஒலி. காதற்சிறப்புரைத்தல், v. noun. Expression of warm desire or love, as of a lover to his mistress, ஆசை மிகுதியைச் சொல்லல். (p.) காதற்பரத்தை, s. A kept mistress, being the daughter of a சேரிப்பரத்தை. ஆந்தைக்காதல், s.
