pṇiyārm (p. 292) s. [also பணிகாரம், sometimes பண்ணிகாரம்.] Sweet cakes, fritters. (c.) மாவுக்குத்தக்கபணியாரம். The fritters are as the meal,; i. e. one's expenses should be proportionate to his means. பணியாரக்குடம், s. A new pot-full of sweet cakes; being one of the marriage presents commonly given by the bride's party. பணியாரச்சட்டி, s. A pot for frying cakes. பணியாரஞ்சுடுதல், v. noun. Baking or frying cakes. பணியாரத்துத்தி, s. A shrub, whose seeds are used for cakes. See துத்தி. 17)
