puṭai (p. 322) க்கிறேன், த்தேன், ப்பேன், க்க, v. a. To sift, to separate dust, or large from small particles, in a fan, முறத்தாற்புடைக்க. 2. To beat or strike; to beat a drum, அடிக்க. (c.) 3.
