To treat or act toward one well or ill, as if he were another character; to use or regard a thing as something else, பொய்யாய்நடிக்க. 4. To suppose, to fancy, to feign, to assume, எண்ண. 5. To form or contemplate a mental image of the deity, கடவுளுருவைத்தி யானிக்க-- The compounds in common use are கனமாகப்பாவிக்க, to treat one honorably; நீசமாகப்பாவிக்க, to treat one contumeliously; சுகமாகப்பாவிக்க, to fancy one's self well, when sick; உண்டுபாவிக்க, to confirm a lie; கண்டு பாவிக்க, to imitate; and form an image in the mind. கானமயிலாடக்கண்டிருந்தவான்கோழிதானுமதுவாகப் பாவிக்கும்.
