This world and the worlds beyond the mundane sphere; ex பஹி-பஹிஸ், outside. அண்டபிண்டம், s. The universe and the body; the latter is said to contain in embryo, or miniature, every thing found in the former. அண்டத்திலுள்ளதுபிண்டத்தில் உண்டு. What is in the world is also in the human body. அண்டமுகடு, s. The highest part or top of the imaginary shell that surrounds the solar system. அண்டயோனி, s. The sun, சூரி யன்; ex யோனி, the place of birth. அண்டரண்டம், s. The world of the gods; ex அண்டர், gods. அண்டர், s. The celestials or inhabitants of the supernal world, the gods, வானோர். 2. piṇṭam (p. 315) s. Any thing globular, a roundish lump or mass, a ball, a globe, உண்டை. 2. Embryo; f&oe;tus, கருப்பிண்டம். 3. The body, உடல். 4. See சிரார்த்தம். பிண்டப்புறனடை, s. Abstract remarks or notes in an author's work, connected with the subject in hand, or with others. பிண்டப்பொருள், s. The substance or free rendering of a verse, &c. 2. Any thing in mass, as a heap of paddy, &c. பிண்டம்பிடிக்க, inf. To form any thing into a globular shape. 2. To create--as the Deity. பிண்டம்போட, inf. To set a ball of rice for each of the manes, in the shraddha or funeral ceremony, also பிண்டம்வைக்க; 2. [in cant.] To eat. பிண்டம்விழுதல், appel. n. Miscarriage or abortion. பிண்டம்வெளிப்படல், s. Appearing of the f&oe;tus at birth. பிண்டவுரை, s. A comment giving the substance of a text, in a free but concise manner, without ornament. piḷ (p. 318) --பிள்ளு, கிறது, பிண்டது, [vul. புண்டது.] பிள்ளும், பிள்ள, v. n. To burst as a fruit, to open, to part, to be rent, பிள்ள. 2. To be broken or crumbled, as bread, unburnt brick, or any friable body, துண் டாக. (c.)--Note. This root is changed to பிட், as பிட்கிறேன், டேன், பேன், க, in a transitive meaning. There is also another, as பிடுகிறேன், பிட்டேன், பிடுவேன், பிட. இரண்டுபேருக்கும்பிட்டுக்கொண்டது. Both are in a state of disagreement. பிண்டுவிழுதல். v. noun. Sloughing off, caving in. 14)
