To exterminate, extirpate a family, foes, &c., to kill, destroy, கொல்ல. 4. To remove, expel, extrude, separate, reject, lop off; to shave the hair, the beard, &c., to pare the nails, &c., to cut or pull the hair, &c., to molt--as birds, அகற்ற. 5. [in arith.] To subtract, கணக்குக் கழிக்க. வன்சொற்களைந்து. Avoiding offensive speech-புடவைகளைய, inf. To cast off dirty or impure clothes. 2.
