A corrosive plaster, a blister, புண்ணுக்குப்போடுமோர்மருந்துச்சீலை. காரத்திரி, s. A kind of seton with a corrosive or caustic preparation on it, inserted in an abscess, &c., காரச்சீலைத்திரி. காரநீர், s. Dyer's lye made of alum, rust, &c., காரமாயசாயநீர். காரப்பசை, s. A cement of solder of குன்றிமணி seeds and alum, used by gold or silver smiths, காரமானபசை. காரம்போட, inf. To apply alkali, caustic, &c. காரம்போட்டுவெளுக்க, inf.
