[local.] Enlargement of the spleen.--Note. கயற்கெண்டை, குள்ளக்கெண்டை, சாணிக்கெண்டை, சாலைக்கெண்டை, சேற்கெண்டை, தேட்கெண்டை, மடவைக்கெண்டை, மறுக்கெண் டை, மோதக்கெண்டை, வெண்கெண்டை, வெள்ளி மடந்தாள்கெண்டை, are different kinds of கெ ண்டை fish, See these. கெண்டைவிழியாள், s. A woman whose eyes resemble the கெண்டை fish. கெண்டைப்பீலி, s. A jewel fashioned like the கெண்டை fish, and worn by women on their toes. கெண்டைக்கால், s. The leg; also, the calf of the leg. கெண்டைவாதம், s. Rheumatic pains or spasms in the arms or legs; cramp. சூரத்துக்கெண்டை, s. Golden or silver thread from Surat. கெண்டைவியாதி--கெண்டைவிழுந்த நோவு, s.
