kōṭu (p. 149) கிறேன், கோடினேன், கோட, v. a. (Sans. KÔT'A, crooked.) To be crooked, oblique; to bend, வளைய. 2. To swerve, to deviate, to diverge, கோண. 3. To be partial, biased, நடுவுநிலைகோண. 4. To be envious, displeaced, to take umbrage, to have antipathy, வெறுப்புற. 5. v. a. To break, to snap off, முறிக்க. (p.) கோடாதகோல், s. A right sceptre, just government. கோடாதமனம், s. A liberal mind, a benevolent mind. 2. A mind free from envy, guile, bias, &c. கோடாதமொழி, s. Unfailing promises. (p.) கோடாமை, s. Straight forwardness, unbiasedness, &c. கோட்டம், v. noun. Making a wry face through discontent, dissatisfaction, umbrage, sorrow, &c. சொற்கோட்டமில்லதுசெப்பமொருதலையாவுட்கோ ட்டமின்மைபெறின்.
