muṟi (p. 358) கிறது, ந்தது, யும், ய, v. n. [also முரி.] To break, to separate, part in two-as a tree, a branch, &c., to become broken as an army, ஒடிய. (சது.) 2. To perish, கெட. படைமுறிந்தோடிப்போயிற்று. The army is broken, dispersed, defeated. பத்தியம்தப்பினால்மருந்துமுறிந்துபோம். If diet be unobserved, medicine becomes ineffectual. அவனுக்குமனமுறிந்துபோயிற்று. His heart is broken. இரசமுறியமருந்துசாப்பிடுகிறது........Taking medicine as an antidote to mercury. முறிகரை, s.
