cuṟā (p. 198) s. A genus of fishes--squalus Carcharias--including sharks, the sword fish, &c., probably all the cartilaginous class, சுறவு. (c.) 2. Capricorn of the Zodiac, மகரராசி. 3. vẕuvu (p. 379) கிறேன், வழுவினேன், வேன், வழுவ, v. n. [poetice வழூஉ.] To miss, as a step, to fail, to be turned out of a course, to be turned aside; to err, to swerve from rule or duty, to sway aside or down, as a load, தவற, விலக.
