vẕuvu (p. 379) கிறேன், வழுவினேன், வேன், வழுவ, v. n. [poetice வழூஉ.] To miss, as a step, to fail, to be turned out of a course, to be turned aside; to err, to swerve from rule or duty, to sway aside or down, as a load, தவற, விலக. (c.) அவன்வழுவிப்போனான். He has back-slidden. வழுவிவழுவிப்போகிறது.......Falling off--as a garment; slipping out of the hand--as a fish. வழுவல்--வழுவுதல், v. noun. Sliding down, நழுவல். 2. Erring, தப்புதல். காரியத்துக்குவழுவுதல்வராமற்பார். See that the thing do not fail of success. வழுவற்றேங்காய், s. [prov.] As வழுக் கைத்தேங்காய். வழுவன்சுறா, s.
