pūcciyam (p. 329) s. Venerableness, that which is worthy of worship, மேன்மை. 2. Honor, reputation, கீர்த்தி. 3. Ostentation, display, ஆடம்பரம். W. p. 548. POOJYA. 4. Emptiness, or scantiness, as an auspicious term in denying a thing asked, இன் மை. 5. A concealment of one's poverty or defects, and assuming appearances, குற்றமறைக்கை. 6.
