To be on terms of friendship and intimacy, இனியநட்பாக. 4. To have peculiar relish or love in or for any thing, practice, &c., ஒன்றினிடத்திலினிப்புக்கொள்ள. (c.) இனிக்கச்சொன்னான். He spoke sweetly, so as to please, to win, to fascinate, &c. இனிச்சபண்டம், s. [prop. இனித் தபண்டம்.] Confectionaries. இனிப்பு, v. noun. Sweet, sweetness, deliciousness, pleasantness, agreeableness, &c., இனிமை. வியாபாரத்திலேயவனுக்கினிப்புக்கொண்டது.... He has great pleasure in trade, he has found great profit in it. அவனுக்குமிவனுக்குமினிப்புக்கொண்டது..... These persons are very intimate. இனிப்புக்காட்ட, inf. To be sweet, melodious, delicious, இனிமையைத் தர. 2. To please one, allure, gratify, தித்திப்புக்காட்ட. இனிப்புத்தட்ட, inf. To be sweet to the taste, உருசிதட்ட. 2. A sweet word, pleasant discourse, complimentary, courteous language, இன்சொல். இனியவைகூறல், s. Title of a chapter in Cural on pleasant or courteous speech, குறளினோரதிகாரம். இனியன், s. A poetic expletive, முன் னிலையசைச்சொல்--as சென்றீபெரும, Proceed great man. This example given in the native grammars appears to be the only one found. ஈச்சோப்பி--ஈயோட்டி, s. A whisk for flies, a fly-flapper. ஈப்பி, s. Nits, eggs or scurf in the hair, ஈர். ஈப்பிவைக்க, inf. To be formed as nits or scurf in the hair. ஈப்புலி, s. Washermen, வண்ணார்; [ex கொல், killing; i. e. expelling moisture.] ஈரஞ்சுவற, inf. To be imbibed or absorbed--as water in the sand, or moisture in the head after bathing, &c., ஈரமுலர. ஈரநாவு, s. A slanderous tongue. ஈரநாவுக்கெலும்பில்லை. There is no bone in the tongue of a slanderer. ஈரந்துவட்டல், v. noun. Rubbing off moisture from the head and body after bathing. ஈரப்பசுமை--ஈரப்பசை, s. capai (p. 160) s. A hall of assembly, a public hall; especially the halls in the temple at Chillumbram (சிதம்பரம்), மண்டபம்,--Note. Five apartments are enumerated in which Siva is said to manifest himself--as கனக சபை, சித்திரசபை, சிற்சபை, தேவசபை, நிருத்தசபை, which see. 2. (c.) (Little used.) சபையிலிருந்துதள்ள--சபைக்குப்புறம் பாக்க, inf. To exclude or reject from society, to excommunicate. சபையேற, inf. To come before an assembly, to appear--as a performer, &c. 2. To join or mix in society. சபையேறினவன், s. A person accustomed to society. 2. A person of good manners, free from rusticity, &c. சபையுள்ளார், s.
