kiẕmai (p. 111) s. Propriety, right, the appertaining of duties to individuals. உரிமை. 2. Relation, connexion, alliance, சம்பந்தம். 3. Duty, obligation, கடமை. 4. Quality, property, attribute, குணம். 5. Excellence, eminence, dignity, மாட்சிமை. 6. [in gram.] Possession, ownership, relation of one thing to another, as denoted by the possessive case or the local ablative. The relation is of two kinds; தற்கிழமை, that between a whole and its parts or attributes--as in தலைமயிர் and ஆட்டுக்கால்; and பிறிதின்கிழமை, that between different things--as in மலை யாடு, அவன்வீடு. 7. A day of the week, வாரத் திலொருநாள். 8. A week, வாரம். கிழமைபடவாழ். Live so as to be useful. கிழத்தி, s. A mistress, a lady, தலைவி. 2. A lady in an agricultural district, மரு தநிலத்தலைவி. 3. A woman who bolongs to or is peculiarly adapted to--as in காமக் கிழத்தி, சொல்லின்கிழத்தி, பாலைக்கிழத்தி, மனைக்கி ழத்தி. கிழமைக்குக்கிழமை. From week to week, weekly. கிழமைதோறும். Weekly, every week. கிழமைச்சூனியம், s. [in astrol.] An inauspicious, unpropitious day when the moon is in a nacshatra, unfavorable to that day of the week. கிழமைபிறந்தநாள், s. [in astrol.] The lunar day peculiarly related to a given day of the week; lit. the lunar day on which the day of the week is born. கிழமைவட்டம், s. A week. கிழவர், s. (pl. of கிழவன்.) Proprietors, relations, &c., உரியோர். See கிழவன் under கிழம், infra. ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை, s. Sunday. பெருங்கிழமை, s. Entire or sole right, absolute title, prerogative, முழுவுரிமை. 2. Being connected or related in all possible ways, close friendship, intimacy or familiarity, மிகுநேயம். 39)

cel (p. 205) --செல்லு, கிறேன், சென்றேன், வேன், செல்ல, v. n. To go, pass, as water, money, a vehicle, the eye, the mind, &c., போக. 2. To lapse, or expire--said of time, life, &c., கழிய. 3. To be able, possible, practicable, இயல. (c.) செல்லவா. Come by and by, after a time. [prov.] நேரஞ்செல்லவந்தான்-நேரஞ்சென்றுவந்தான். He came late, a little after the time, &c. அவர்சென்றுபோனார். He is dead. முன்னாளில்நபாபுக்குஅதிகாரஞ்சென்றது. At that time the Nabob had power. தவணைசென்றது. The term is expired. அவருடையஆட்டங்களிங்கேசெல்லாது. His influence does not extend here. 2. His tricks will not pass in this place. சிங்காசனமேறல்அரசர்க்குச்செல்லும். It is proper for kings to ascend a throne. அவனுக்குச்செல்லவேண்டியகடன். Debts due to him. அவனுக்கிதுசெல்காலம். It is the time of his influence, power, &c. அங்கேபோகஎத்தனைநாள்செல்லும். How many days will it take to get there? அந்தப்பணம்இங்கேசெல்லாது. That coin will not pass here. அவனுக்குச்சாப்பாடுசெல்லவில்லை. He cannot eat much. ஆயிரம்ஓடுசெல்லும். It will require one thousand tiles. சென்மின். Go ye. (p.) செல்லுஞ்சீட்டு, s. An authentic hand writing. 2. As செல்லுச்சீட்டு. செல்லுஞ்சுதந்திரம், s. [prov.] Promiscuously, altogether, in confusion, topsy turvy, higgledy piggledy, கூட்டாக்குழப் பமாய். சேரும்பாடுமாய்விழ, inf. To fall promiscuously on each other, as people in a quarrel, or as trees in a storm, &c. சேர்கால், s. [prov.] The hampered feet of beasts, தளைகால். சேர்காலிட, inf. To hamper. சேர்ந்த, (past rel. part.) Joined, united, belonging to, &c. அந்தநிலமவனைச்சேர்ந்தது. That land is his. சேர்ந்தமுதல், s. Stock. See முதல். சேர்ந்தவன், appel. n. An applicant for aid. 2. A person under one's protection, a dependant. 3. A relative. 4. A partisan, an ally, associate. இவன்நம்மைச்சேர்ந்தவன். He is on our side. சேர்ந்தார், s. Friends, partisans, connexions. 2. teyvikam (p. 256) --தெய்வீகம், s. That which is divine, which appertains to God, திவ்வியம், (Sa. Daivika.) 2. Divine affairs, events, injunctions, divine providence, தெய்வச்செயல். 3.
