Siva having cast his seed into the flame for the purpose of generating a warrior able to subdue Daruka one of the chief Asuras, Skanda was produced. A short and crooked horn like a parrot's beak. கிளிக்கொம்பன், s. An ox whose horns are short and turned downwards. கிளிச்சிறை, s. One of the four kinds of gold resembling, in color, the parrot's wing, ஓர்வகைப்்பொன். கிளிமூக்கன், s. One with an aquiline nose. கிளிமூக்குக்கிழங்கு, s. The root of the ஆகாசகருடன் creeper, ஆகாசகருடன்கிழங்கு. கிளிமூக்குமாங்காய், s. A mango with the bottom end a little bent. கிளிமூக்கெழுத்தாணி, s. Flee from devastating armies, and from epidemics. கொள்ளைக்குப்போனாலுங் கூட்டாகாது. One who intends to pillage, should not associate with others. கொள்ளாகொள்ளை, s.
