cuṇngku (p. 193) s. A light colored spot on the body, regarded as a beauty. (See தேமல்.) 2. A slight spreading scall, or scab, induced perhaps by hot humors, &c., பசலை. 3. [vul.] v. noun. Reduction, emaciation, மெலிவு. (c.) சுணங்குபடர்தல், v. noun. The spreading of spots on the body of a woman. சுணங்குபூக்க, inf. To have spots spreading over. (p.) 49)

To cringe, persist in asking, சுற்றுக்காலிட. சுணங்கல், v. noun. Being lean, meagre, மெலிவு. சுணங்கிக்கொண்டிருக்க, inf. To show lassitude, weakness, &c., in consequence of hunger or fatigue. 2.
