அலட்டு
alṭṭu (p. 27) கிறேன், அலட்டினேன், வேன், அலட்ட, v. a. To tease, trouble, importune, annoy, perplex, தொந்தரவுசெய்ய. 2. v. n. To rave, talk much-- as a crazy or delirious person, be boisterous, பிதற்ற. (c.) அலட்டி, s. [prov.] A bully, a blusterer, அலப்பி. அலட்டு--அலட்டுகை, v. noun. Teasing, importunity, அலைக்கழிப்பு. 2. Raving, incoherent talk, delirium, பி தற்று. 3. Trouble, vexation, perplexity, urgency, தொந்தரவு. (c.) அலட்டுச்சன்னி, s. A kind of convulsive fit attended with raving. 43) *
எழுப்பம்
eẕuppm (p. 75) [prov. impr. for எழும்பல்.] Rising, getting up; rising--as from sickness, or from reduced circumstances, எழு ம்புகை. 2. The rising, running about, &c., of persons weak, delirious, சஞ்சரிக்கை. 3. Growth, elevation--as of a tree, height, உயர்வு. அந்தமாடிந்தமாட்டுக்கெழுப்பம். That bullock is taller than this. அவருக்குக்கால்கையெழுப்பமில்லை. He has not the use of his hands, or feet. 17)

pitṟṟu (p. 315) கிறேன், பிதற்றினேன், வேன், பி தற்ற, v. a. [vul. and improp. பினத்து, பினற்று, பினாத்து.] To chatter babble, prate, talk nonsense, உளற. 2. To rave, to talk as a delirious person, பித்துக்கொண்டுபேச. (சது.) 3. To raise a hum or buzz, as a multitude of people, இரைய. 39)

vikāram (p. 388) s. Modification, change--as varieties of inflection or combination in grammar, &c., திரிபு. 2. Sickness, நோய். 3. Delirium, பைத்தியம். 4. Passion, emotion, a change from a quiet or natural state in a soul, or in the deity. W. p. 759. VIKARA. அவனுக்குவிகாரம்பிறந்தது. He is delirious. விகாரங்காணுகிறது. Sensual affection arises. காமவிகாரம்--மேகவிகாரம். Lasciviousness. விகாரம், 8.
