uṭṟṟu (p. 59) கிறேன், உடற்றினேன், வேன், உடற்ற, v. a. To attack furiously in battle, to charge or rush on with fury, போர்செய்ய. 2. To vex, afflict, torment, வருத்த. 3. To drive back, beat away, &c., துரத்த. 4. To frustrate, thwart, scatter, disperse--as an opposing army, &c., சிதற வடிக்க. 5. To kill, destroy, exterminate, அழிக்க. 6. To lose one's dignity, credit or honor. உருக்குலைய, inf. To be disfigured, to be worn out--as things by use or time. 2. To be emaciated. 3. To be putrefied --as a corpse. வேஷங்குலைய, inf.
