A kind of thorny tree. Gmelina tomentosa, from which torches are made for travellers, ஓர்மரம். In poetry, the nose is often compared to the red குமிழ் flowers. 4. A reed, நாணல். (M. Dic.) 5. The hump of an ox, எழுத்துத்திமில். 6. A swelling or protuberance in the sole of the foot, உள்ளங்காற்கட்டி. குமியெழும்ப, inf. To form--as bubbles. குமிழாயிருக்க, inf. To be globular, bubble-like, spherical. குமிழாணி, s. A knob or stud. 2. A round-headed nail. குமிழங்கழி, s. A stick or staff of the குமிழ் tree. குமிழஞ்சூழ்-குமிழஞ்சுழுந்து, s. Torches of the குமிழ் splinters or branches, used by travellers. செங்குமிழ், s. The red குமிழ் shrub, Gmelina Asiatica. நிலக்குமிழ், s. A low species of the குமிழ் shrub. பெருங்குமிழ், s.
