koñcu (p. 145) கிறேன், கொஞ்சினேன், கொஞ் சுவேன், கொஞ்ச, v. n. To prattle; to talk imperfectly, softly, pleasantly; &c.--as children or young women; to talk--as parrots, மழலைபேச. 2. To play or dally with children, or young women, செல்லங் கொஞ்ச. 3. v. a. [prov.] To kiss, முத்தமிட. கொஞ்சிக்கொண்டிருக்க, inf. To spend time at table talking, and eating mincingly through bashfulness. 2.To misspend time. கொஞ்சிக்கொஞ்சிப்பேச, inf. To lisp or talk--as a child, &c. கொஞ்சுகுதிரை, s.
