To destroy, reduce things to their primitive Maya--as at the termination of the great yuga, or in the dissolution of individual creatures. சங்காரன், s. A destroyer. சர்வசங்காரநாள், s. Doomsday, the day of final and universal destruction, and judgment. சங்கரிக்க, inf. To destroy, exterminate, annihilate, அழிக்க. 2. To destroy the world, at the universal deluge, by resolving one element into another, and reducing all things to their primitive state. சங்கரிப்பு, v. noun.
