A weight equal to a grain of paddy. நெல்லுக்கட்டிவைக்க, inf. To store up paddy. நெல்லுக்குத்த, inf. To beat paddy in a mortar. See குத்து, v. நெல்லுச்சுமை, s. A load of paddy. நெல்லுப்பிடிக்க, inf. viḷai (p. 398) கிறது, ந்தது, யும், ய, v. n. To become, to be formed, உண்டாக. 2. To grow, to ripen as corn, செழிக்க. 3. To be formed, as salt and other, mineras, to result, கனிய. 4. [fig.] To originate. இங்கேநெல்விளையாது. No rice-corn grows here. அங்கேஉப்புவிளைகிறது. Salt is produced there. இந்தக்கல்லின்னும்விளையவில்லை. This gem is not yet well formed. பொன்விளைகிறமலை.
