vrku (p. 376) s. A kind of millet, Paspalum frumentaceum, ஓர்பயிர்--The different kinds are கேழ்வரகு, raggy; புல்வரகு, Paniculum colonum; பொடிவரகு, Panicam fluitans. வரகம்வைக்கோல்--வரகுவைக்கோல், s. Its straw used for thatching. வரகரிசி, s. Its grain freed from the husk. வரகுக்கோழி, s. A small bustard, Floriken, ஓர்புள், (Ains. v. l. p. 182.) வரகுதிரி, s. A kind of small-pox. See உதிரி. 103)
