kurl (p. 125) s. (from Sans. Kura, to sound.) Voice, the voice of one person as distinguished from another, மிடற்றாற்பிறக்கும் இசை. 2. A good or clear voice; a singing voice, சந்தம். 3. The voice of birds, beasts, &c., sound; musical sound, tone, ஓசை. 4. (சது.) The throat; trachea, windpipe, மிடறு. 5. The first of the seven musical tunes, prodused from the throat, மிடற்றிசை.
