vēṟṟu (p. 402) adj. Strange, &c., as வேறு. வேற்றாள், s. A stranger. 2. A pariah, used by himself. வேற்றுக்கால், s. A different footstep. வேற்றுக்காற்று, s. A different wind. 2. Breaking wind, crepitus. வேற்றுக்குரல், s. A strange voice. 2. An unusual sound. வேற்றுத்தேவன், s. A strange god. வேற்றுநிலைமெய்மயக்கு, s. The combination of two consonants of different sound. வேற்றுப்பொருள், s. A varied object or subject, any thing extraneous or different, as a quality from its subject. வேற்றுப்பொருள்வைப்பு, s.
