There are also சூரியபுடம், exposure to the sun; தானிய புடம், purification of oils by placing them in grain; பூமிபுடம், or பூடம், of salts by placing them in the earth, in bottles. புடமிட--புடம்போட,புடம்வைக்க, inf. To refine metals, or sublimate medicines. புடவிக்கேபம்--புடவிட்சேபம்--சுத்தவிக் கேபம்--சுத்தவிட்சேபம், s. [also புடநதி.] The true celestial latitude of a heavenly body. 2.
