Sometimes in poetry it stands as a contraction of இல்லை. இற்றிறம்பிலர். They fail not in the performance of domestic duties; [ex இல், house; திறம்பு, failure; இலர், who are not.] இணையில்நெஞ்சமே. O! incomparable mind; O! mind debased beyond comparison. இலி, s. A person, or thing possessed of nothing. பிறப்பிலி, s. He who is without birth--the Supreme Being, கடவுள். 2. Siva, சிவன். Beyond measure, immeasurable. இன்னதென்றில்லை. It is not described what it is, no matter what. இவ்வளவென்றில்லை. It is unascertained, not estimated, not measured. இல்வழக்கு, s. [prov.] [com. பொதுக் கட்ட.] To sequester property. நடுக்கட்டு, s. A girdle. See under கட்டு. நடுக்கண்டம், s. The central portion of a continent. 2. The middle piece. நடுக்காரர், s. The words are ஆம், ஊம், ஓம், சிவாயநம, in which ஆம், is அடி, basis; ஊம், is நடு, middle; ஓம், is முடி, top; சி, is சிவம், formless deity; வா, is சத்தி, the female principle, obscuration. நடுநிலைமை, s. Mediocrity, middle circumstances in life. நடுநிற்றல், v. noun. Becoming bail or security for one. (not the law term.) 2. Being upright, impartial. நடுநீதி, s.
