Like silk tassels tied to a broom, i. e. inconsistent finery. பட்டுச்சுருட்டு--பட்டுச்சுருள், s. [also தாபிதாச்சுருட்டி.] A superior kind of silk; a roll of silk. பட்டுநூல், s.
