vēṣam (p. 401) --வேடம், s. [as வேசம்.] Showy garb, disguise, வேறுருக்கொள்ளுதல்; [ex Sa. Vesha.] 2. An ear-ornament, as வேடகம். வெற்றுக்கால், s. As வெறுங்கால். வெற்றுடம்பு, s. A naked body. 2.
